Measurements and wattages are given as a guide and may vary. With each individual product please check the literature supplied.
With reference to light bulbs for commercial lighting, unless stated otherwise, these are sold separately.

All prices displayed ahead of reaching the check-out are excluding Vat. Vat is added at the check-out. All prices exclude the cost of delivery, which is also added at the check-out.
As part of our customer service we offer a ‘returns, exchange and refund’ policy.
Providing products are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods we will refund you.
Refunds will be less the cost of postage or delivery for despatching the goods to you in the first place plus the cost of their return, as well as any other costs where applicable.

In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods we would ask that you contact us immediately, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
It is important to note that when your goods are delivered the courier will ask you to sign for them. If you have not been given the opportunity to examine the items that you ordered from us, please sign them as ‘unexamined’ in proximity to your signature. If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, then please make the remark ‘package damaged’ in proximity to your signature, or decline the goods.
Warranty / Guarantee
DirectElectrical.Online and Kent Electrical and Lighting Centre guarantee all goods for 1 year from the date of receipt against defective parts, materials and/or manufacture.
A qualified and insured electrician must carry out installation of products with an electrical supply, otherwise this guarantee is void. If goods have become compromised as a result of misuse this warranty will be deemed void.

After 7 working days from the date of delivery, goods will be repaired or replaced dependant on the nature of the fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.
